Laws, policies, regulations and administrative arrangements are some of the key instruments that government use to deliver change and shape societies. The pressure to “get things done” quickly can lead to unintended consequences and also these arrangements can become ineffective or inappropriate because of changes to the economy, society, and technology amongst others. It is important that organizations such as the private sector, state owned enterprises and the not-for-profit sector can make representation to governments to help shape the future economy or wider society. Corporate and Institutional advocacy is a powerful tool to communicate important perspectives to governments and public officials with the aim of achieving better and more effective decision making.

Governments are complex institutions, with departments and their associated agencies often having overlapped or inconsistent mandates and can be resistant to change. We work with organizations such as the private sector, state owned enterprises and the not-for-profit sector to connect with governments to provide external perspectives thereby helping to break down barriers to collaboration and streamline government decision making. We help contribute to innovation, efficiency and best practice to policy making, regulations and administrative arrangements.
