Puspita Galih Resi
Pita is the Founder and Managing Director of Techne Praxis International. She is actively engaged in strategic planning, business advisory and management consultancy with particular expertise in transit, urban regeneration, transit-oriented development, with a deep understanding of the requirements of regulators and policy makers at both national and regional level. She has also been a key advisor to government, state-owned enterprises, not-for-profit sector, and the private sector for many years. Pita has lectured widely at universities and Government Training Centers across Asia and has been a mentor and coach to senior executives in Indonesia.
Pita has a degree in landscape architecture and after graduation spent two years as ranger working in the US with the Rocky Mountain National Park as part an environmental monitoring group. She then returned to Indonesia to work as a consultant within the Conservation Unit of the Ministry of Forestry developing strategies for utilization of conservation areas. She has been a member of the ISLA (Indonesian Society of Landscape Architects) since graduation and has been an active member of IFLA (International Federation of Landscape Architects) during her early career.
In 2012, Pita joined Buro Happold’s strategic consulting team (Happold Consulting) and spearheaded the company’s growth in Indonesia collaborating extensively with teams from the UK under the guidance of Padraic Kelly. For the last 10 years before the founding of Techne Praxis International, Pita has been Buro Happold Indonesia's Country Director and is the key leader in project creation. Early projects with Freeport included integrated reclamation and restoration on post mining areas and Mimika Coastal Management Plan. Other key projects included C40 – Inclusive Climate Action planning for Jakarta, 100 Resilient Cities (100RC) programmes for Jakarta and Malaka, Jakarta International Stadium masterplan, Masterplan and Visioning of Regional Governments assets in Central Java, and the Market and Demand Analysis for Tourism Developments in Yogyakarta and Central Java.
Other large scale integrated planning and economic development projects included Pulomas, Pegangsaan Dua Development Plan, KAI LRT Jabodebek Transit Oriented Developments (TODs) and Land Value Capture (LVC), Yogyakarta Business Strategy and a series of projects for UK’s International Climate Finance - UK PACT programme (Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions) for low carbon public transit for second tier cities in Greater Semarang a.k.a Kedungsepur, with an extension for Yogyakarta and Solo.
Padraic Kelly
Padraic has degrees in mathematics, engineering, and computer science and joined Buro Happold as a graduate and spent his whole career with the firm. After his early years as an analyst/engineer he has spent over 30 years in strategic planning, large scale infrastructure, urban regeneration, and major development projects around the world. He had the great fortune to work and travel with Prof Sir Edmund “Ted” Happold learning the values he brought to life and work.
Following his establishment of Buro Happold’s Saudi office in the late 1980’s, Padraic was elected Managing Director of Buro Happold after the death of founder Ted Happold and for 9 years he led the growth of the practice from its base as a specialist structural engineer in the UK to become an award winning, globally recognized multi-disciplinary engineering firm with a network of offices in UK, Europe, US, Middle East and Asia. In 2006, Padraic co-founded Buro Happold’s global strategic planning and consulting practice which focused on city transformation, economic development, environmental and heritage restoration, and urban regeneration.
Some key projects include: Detroit Future City that set the path of transformation from decades of decline and bankruptcy; Diriyah Comprehensive Development Plan that supported the successful UNESCO inscription of Atturaif; Redevelopment and regeneration of 1km2 of Riyadh City Centre; Retrofitting new transit and TODs using a bespoke ITD cross-funding model within Kedungsepur region, Indonesia; Development of Land Value Capture Regulations for Saudi Arabia for the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs; and the Creation of the Archimedes Academy within Buro Happold (Harvard Business School Case Study) for leadership development at a time of rapid growth and its later adaption for the Riyadh Development Authority to help it manage at a time of rapid growth and succession management.
Padraic is considered a thought leader on city strategy, planning and economics, writing and lecturing widely on these subjects. He is a former President of Europengineers – a network of European consultants that collaborate and share knowledge. Padraic also co-founded the Working Group on Sustainable Cities at Harvard University, where he has lectured part-time and worked for their Executive Education program. He has also taught the Archimedes Case Study at Harvard Business School.
Rahadi Marsito
Dito is a seasoned real estate strategy and property advisor with over 15 years of experience shaping sustainable, transit-integrated, and commercially viable real estate developments across Indonesia. He works with governments, investors, and organisations to turn strategy into practical, investable outcomes across real estate, infrastructure, and urban systems.
He currently leads Real Estate Advisory and Portfolio Management at Techne Praxis International, where he oversees multidisciplinary initiatives tackling complex urban challenges through strategic planning, asset optimisation, financial feasibility, and infrastructure transformation. He also serves as Director of Operations, supporting delivery, operations, and cross-team oversight and coordination across the business.
Previously, Dito spent fifteen years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Indonesia, starting his career as Senior Analyst within the Strategic Consulting and Capital Markets Department in 2010. In 2020, he was entrusted to become Director of Strategic Consulting, advising government bodies, state-owned enterprises, and private developers on market feasibility, highest and best use (HBU), transit-oriented development (TOD), and real estate-led infrastructure strategies. During his tenure at JLL, he was involved in more than 150 projects across 40 cities in Indonesia. His portfolio spans over 30 landmark projects, including TOD property market and feasibility studies around MRT, LRT, and commuter rail stations, mixed-use revitalisation around city transport hubs, and integrated development strategies combining retail, hospitality, logistics, and public infrastructure.
Dito’s dual foundation in urban planning and finance, through a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Master’s degree in Management, with a focus on Finance, from Prasetiya Mulya Business School, enables him to bridge public-sector goals with private-sector logic. Since the early stages of his professional career, his work has focused on asset strategy, financial feasibility, and implementation-ready planning, helping clients make sound, long-term decisions that are commercially viable, sustainable, and economically and socially relevant.
He is frequently sought for his insights on business and development through value capture, asset portfolio and property strategies, and the economics of real estate development within wider urban development. Dito deeply values collaborative, context-led partnerships and is open to conversations with clients and collaborators who are shaping cities, regions and infrastructure for lasting impact.
