Site Visit to LRT Jabodebek Depot

On the 16th of May 2025, the Techne Praxis International team, represented by Padraic Kelly, our Senior Director, Puspita Galih Resi, our Managing Director, Rahadi Marsito, our Director of Real Estate Advisory and Portfolio Management and Iqbal Maulana Achmad, our Associate Director of Strategic Planning and Economics, visited the site of the LRT JABODEBEK Depot. They were joined by their partners, Marsinih Martoatmodjo Iskandar Law Office, represented by Sri Kusdinarti Martoatmodjo and Farhan R. The purpose of this visit is to initiate a conversation on the opportunities and challenges in respect of economic development, mobility and urban regeneration within the Bekasi area served by LRT Jabodebek. We would like to thank PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) for the opportunity to visit the LRT JABODEBEK depot to see its impressive operations as well as providing an excellent panorama of the surrounding area.
