What Is?
In collaboration with the UK Government through the Indonesia-UK PACT (the UK Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions) programme with Indonesia's Ministry of Transport and PT KAI (Indonesia's National Railway Company), and our partners ITDP and MMI Law, Techne Praxis International continues Phase II of the programme aimed to building a shared understanding of the direction of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) implementation in Kedungsepur Metropolitan Area among relevant stakeholders, exploring how TOD can be effectively implemented in practice in the area.
The highlight of this event is the Offical Report being signed as a preliminary agreement by relevant stakeholders from representatives of the Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development, Ministry of Transport, the Provincial Government of Central Java, Government of Semarang City, Government of Kendal Regency and Government of Batang Regency, to support the preparation for TOD implementation in the Kedungsepur Metropolitan Area and relevant strategic sub-corridors in Central Java.
